New Move 2023. Scream VI

  Scream VI is a 2023 American slasher film directed by Matt Bettinelli- Olpin and Tyler Gillett, and written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick. It's the  effect to Scream( 2022) and the sixth  investiture in the Scream film series.

 The film stars Melissa Barrera, Jenna Ortega, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Hayden Panettiere, and Courteney Cox, all reprising their  places from  former  inaugurations, with Josh Segarra, Jack Champion, Devyn Nekoda, Liana Liberato, Tony Revolori, Samara Weaving, Henry Czerny, and Dermot Mulroney joining the ensemble cast. The plot follows a new Ghostface killer, who begins targeting the survivors of the" Woodsboro  heritage murders" in New York City.   A sixth Scream film was  blazoned just weeks after the successful debut of Scream( 2022), with  important of the cast signing on to duplication their  places alongside Bettinelli- Olpin and Gillett's return.

 Filming took place in Montreal, Canada, from June to late August 2022. Neve Campbell didn't duplication her  part as Sidney Prescott due to a pay  disagreement, making this the first Scream film not to feature her. Brian Tyler composed the film's score with Sven Faulconerco-scoring.   Scream VI premiered at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater in Manhattan on March 6, 2023, and was theatrically released in the United States on March 10 by Paramount Pictures. The film  entered generally positive reviews from critics and grossed over$ 168 million worldwide,  getting the first  investiture in the ballot to earn over$ 100 million at the domestic US box office since Scream 2( 1997) and the highest- grossing Scream film in the United States and Canada( unacclimated for affectation). It won Stylish Movie at the 2023 MTV Awards.( 4)   Plot  One time after the Woodsboro killings orchestrated by Richie Kirsch and Amber Freeman,( a) Blackmore University professor Laura Crane is catfished by her pupil Jason Carvey, who lures her outside a bar in New York City and murders her while wearing a Ghostface costume. Jason plots with his roommate Greg to kill sisters Sam and Tara Carpenter to finish the" movie" that Richie and Amber wanted to make. still, Jason receives a call from a different Ghostface, who has killed Greg and  latterly stabs Jason to death. 

  Sam and Tara now live in New York City, with Tara attending Blackmore University with fellow survivors Chad and Mindy Meeks- Martin, alongside their roommate Quinn Bailey, Mindy's gal Anika Kayoko, and Chad's roommate Ethan Landry. Sam attends  remedy withDr. Stone and is ostracized in public because of an online conspiracy  proposition that she was the true architect of the  rearmost killings. Quinn's father, Detective Wayne Bailey, calls Sam in for questioning as her ID was  set up at the scene of Jason's murder, along with a Ghostface mask worn in the  former time's attacks. On the way to the station, Ghostface calls Sam from Richie's phone, who  also attacks Sam and Tara, kills multiple  onlookers, and leaves behind another Ghostface mask worn in the 2011 Woodsboro killings.   At the station, the sisters meet with FBI special agent Kirby Reed, a survivor of the 2011 killings. They also encounter  journalist Gale Weathers, whom Sam and Tara begrudge for writing a book grounded on their  gests .

 She reveals that Sidney Prescott and her family have gone into caching in response to the recent attacks.Dr. Stone is  boggled by Ghostface, who steals Sam's  train and leaves behind a mask worn in the Hollywood killings. Mindy theorizes that the killer is following the rules of film  votes, specifically the rule that anyone can die while the ballot will still continue. Ghostface  latterly attacks the group in Sam and Tara's apartment, killing Quinn and Anika, but Sam's  swain Danny helps the others escape. Ghostface leaves behind a mask worn in the Windsor College killings. 

Wayne is officially taken off the case following Quinn's death, but vows to help the group and  retaliate his son. Gale takes the group to an abandoned cinema she  set up while  probing, which has been set up as a  sanctum to the Ghostface killers, including munitions and outfits from each set of attacks.   Ghostface calls Gale at her apartment and torments her about the death of Dewey Riley, before killing her  swain Brooks and attacking her. Sam and Tara arrive just in time to stop Ghostface from killing Gale, who's taken to the sanitarium. The group agree to meet Kirby at the theater to trap Ghostface. On the shelter platform, they're separated, and Mindy is  picked by Ghostface in a moving train. At the theater, Sam sees a  daydream of her father, original Ghostface killer Billy Loomis, who reminds her to defend herself and  mistrust everyone.

Taking her father's  cutter from the original murders, Sam realizes they've been locked outside. Wayne calls Sam to advise her that Kirby was fired from the FBI months  before. Two Ghostfaces appear and attack Chad. As Tara and Sam attempt to escape, Kirby and Wayne both arrive with  ordnance drawn. Wayne shoots Kirby, revealing himself as a third Ghostface and the architect; his  cohorts are his children, revealed to be Ethan and a still-alive Quinn.   The  triad reveal that they're Richie's family who want to  retaliate his death. They were responsible for defaming Sam online and plan to frame her for their killing spree. Sam and Tara gain the upper hand and fight off the Bailey family, with Tara  pecking Ethan and Sam killing Quinn, while compactly knocking Wayne unconscious. Sam  also dons her father's Ghostface costume, taunts Wayne with a phone call using the voice changer, and  virulently stabs him to death. Ethan resurfaces, but Kirby smashes the  TV set that killed Stu Macher( b) over his head, killing him.

   Sam agrees to let Tara live her life more  singly and Tara agrees to go to  remedy. As the still-alive Mindy, Chad, and Kirby are taken to the sanitarium, Sam  gapes at her father's Ghostface mask before discarding it and following Tara and Danny into the  megacity.
